: (1) The registrar shall submit the annual report related to the inspection of the cooperative organization to the ministry within three months from the date of the end of the financial year and shall also provide the inspection report of the cooperative bank to the Nepal Rastra Bank.
(2) The office shall submit the annual report of the organization or association within its jurisdiction to the Registrar within one month after the end of the financial year.
(3) The following details shall be disclosed in the report as per sub-section (1) and (2):-
(a) Details of cooperative societies in operation,
(b) Number of cooperatives monitored and details of financial transactions,
(c) the state of compliance of cooperative principles and this Act, the rules, regulations and internal procedures made under this Act in cooperative organizations,
(d) the condition of the service facilities received by the members of the cooperative society,
(e) Level ratio of participation of members in the activities of the co-operative society,
(f) The specified details regarding the economic activities and financial condition of the cooperative organization,
(g)  the condition of the internal control system in the co-operative society,
(h) State of governance and accountability in co-operative societies,
(j)  Particulars of funds in the cooperative society,
(j) Necessary things to assist in policy formulation of cooperatives,
(k) Details regarding registration, cancellation and dissolution of co-operative societies,
(l) Details of business, business, industry or project conducted by the organization or association as per section 21,
(D) Other details as specified.
